Costs related to the staff and food would be the largest expenses. Building maintenance would probably be next.

As for the "in 1 hr", I see that from time to time without reason. Not sure what is up with that. 

Also, while I don't think this is useful for any particular character, I have a picture of a sorcerer boy. He's dressed like a dracon or something, but that's related to another RP with dracons in it. Long story.
