Its a chain of command becoming "I trust a guy very vell, who trusts...someone who can do [i]exactly[/i] vaht you ask, to zeh letter"
Unless they actually did missions 'together' in which case, Ansel is your best bet, since hes essentially the 'night crew' of The Hole.
