It was a short trip back to her sister’s residence and after a “chat” with the Crimson Knight, things had settled down once more. Solanne stood at the entrance to the Chateau with crossed arms, leaning back lazily. She didn’t need to be up front and center to hear what Eleonor was saying and besides, the mark on her face was another reminder that she didn’t feel like talking anyway.

She was honestly surprised Fei hadn’t said a thing about the obvious red mark but maybe that was a good thing. She didn’t need another family member angry with her. Besides, she knew full well Fei didn’t like her anyway, probably even hated her. Which was fine. Just an indication Solanne needed to stay out of her way and only intervene when she did something stupid again.

Musing on these thoughts, she didn’t need to see the lexicon of information Eleonor was handing out. The Crimson Hound had her own source of information for these kind of things and it wasn’t like she hadn’t paid attention in school with Eleonor. Mention of the Librarian working with Emilia and Yggdrasil was new however and brought a frown to Solanne’s face.

Maybe she should send one of her buddies to handle the doll user. After all, that was a safer option than trying to let Fei handle her pointless vendetta. But she would talk to Eleonor in private again before making that decision and unleashing the Red-Eyed Ghost.

Next up were teams that were drawn together to collect the last remaining Legend Relics. No surprise that the teams were managed by the Crimson Knight’s General Lorelai, who had placed herself with the Luxonne twins. Which was fine, though it might be a bit awkward considering their last interaction with each other.

You expect them to not betray us, even if all of these conspiracies were true? What’s stopping me from going to report all of you to the Jester, no, the Imperator herself right now?”

She was hysterical and for good reason. After all, the General had just had her entire world flipped around by words and supposed theories. To think the Imperium was this corrupt? No! Never! How could it be? How, when it was carefully guided by their Divine Grace, the Imperator?
