Okay, so I'm going to say that those who have shown interest but do not have a functional character will be passed over for other more active players or we will simply begin without them. Let's say that Monday will be the cut off? While I can understand that stuff comes up, it is pretty impolite to just leave people hanging (especially if you know it is coming up), and should also not be super surprising if the group decides to move on without you.

That being said, if you have a functional character already, but have something come up, we are going to start but you are welcome to jump on in when you get back.
