Perhaps. All I know about him is that he is identical to me, but prefers evil over good in every circumstance. I suppose, then, I could predict his general plan for the future. I always had a vague plan, as the spirit of help--aid others and grow stronger. Evil Spirit has access to the entirety of Existence. If his plan for the future is anything like mine, it is to hurt others and grow stronger.
