Cal blinked as Zoe payed out her family past. It sounded awful, yet she turned out okay. He tilted his head and smiled back. [color=orange]"Yea. Family doesn't always start or end with blood."[/color] the oven dinged which caught his attention. He slipped on some oven mitts and pulled the cake out after poking it with a tooth pick to ensure it was done. He grabbed a large plate and managed to get it out perfectly. He then waited a few minutes before drizzling the glaze on. He then went to the fridge and grabbed some milk and two glasses along with two forks. With a grin he handed her a fork.
