After getting his wife settled, Miles went back to the Agency to take a breather. He looked through his email to notice a new message from the Meta-HQ Europe Branch. They were one of a few HQs around the world under the jurisdiction of the Agency. They had a problem that needed Miles' attention on since the Agency was the place to call regarding any issues in any of the Branches around the world. 

There was an emergency call that could not wait as the co-leaders of the Euro-HQ needed Miles now. With a sigh, Miles went to use the Teleportal that Rey made available for the Agency to travel as there was no teleporter available. The file was sent to Miles and was printed out. This man, Donovan was the source of this problem. Miles called Cammy [color=blue]Babe...hey, I gotta head to the UK. The HQ there need me to handle a problem. I'll be back in a bit.[/color] he said stepping on the teleportal while reading the file on this individual.

As he made it to the UK, he was welcomed by one of the co-leaders of the HQ, heroine, Beautiful M'ass (Play on beautiful ass and mass for the fact that she can manipulate her size/mass to become a giant or a size of an insect.). She met with Visi-Play "Thank you so much for being able to visit us so soon Sir Bronson. The man is this way....he's been a bit of a problem for a while now and several times he's been locked up for his behavior." [color=blue]Yeah I saw his files...I'm surprised he's even allowed to stay as a hero.[/color] "Well...most that we have are all rookies. Besides myself, Bone Thrash, and Cyclone, Donovan is a veteran as well. We have 8 rookies who we are trying to make into world class heroes but Donovan tends to make things even more difficult by his conduct...he's not setting a very good example." Miles headed to the prison chambers under the HQ where Donovan was being held as he had on cuffs that negates his powers. Donovan looked up smiling seeing someone came to visit. "Well well...hello there...come on in." Miles nodded to Beautiful M'ass to leave him alone with Donovan and she left. [color=blue]Hey Donovan...comfy down here? I was asked to come here to see you.[/color] "Oh? for what?" [color=blue]To have you removed from here and revoke your title as hero. The Agency has the responsibility to keep the peace in our HQs, with the people, and to maintain a good reputation as the saviors of the world. You're critically endangering that standard.[/color] Donovan laughed "And why should I care about that boy scout bullshit?" [color=blue]Because you have that responsibility as a hero. You pledged that when you joined this organization.[/color] "Tch...I'm doing my job and that's save people...I'm a hero of justice and maybe people need to stop being jealous and get with the program here..."

Miles looked through the file [color=blue]Oh really now...from what we have on file, you have over 100 counts for complaints about your actions. Coming from both your teammates and the citizens.[/color] "Fuck the teammates and the citizens" [color=blue]Oh...well funny thing is...it seems you've already been doing that. It says that you've been issuing sex to the victims you save from a crime. Even an elderly woman called for complaint that she felt violated.[/color] Donovan smiled "She wasn't saying that when we were playing hide the sausage in the tunnel...old bitches need loving too." Miles continued [color=blue]most of your acts were sexually based and of misconduct. Sneaking into you female teammates rooms watching them sleep, sneaking in bed with them. charging someone to pay you to get them out of a dangerous situation and walking away if they didn't have enough money. Hell a man that you saved from a gang complained about your shadow doppelganger aggressively raping him in the alley.[/color] "Look Mate...even my shadow man needs to wank sometimes." Miles left as he went to speak to Beautiful M'ass about transferring Donovan to the Conspiracy in the US where Wicked is located to have him work with the group there where many of the heroes in that place can stop him if he went too far. Teleportalling back to the Agency, Miles called to Wicked [color=blue]Wicked, this is Miles. I want to confirm with you approval of a new person being transferred here. A man named Donovan AKA Kage-Freak....a shadow user. He's a member of the European HQ division and because of the problems he caused there, I want him to transfer here with us to put him in a trial to reprove himself. Is that okay with you? I'll send his files over for you to look at. I just finished visiting with him.[/color]
