Believe it or not, that's appropriate to the Enclave. While there were female officers rarely, there were no female power-armor soldiers. This of course being edited with a mod from the nexus, but still.

Ya know, we still need a pilot for our vertibird. I was just going to make a "boop" NPC but if you want to make a more fleshed out female NPC to even it out a little bit, go right ahead. NPC sheet is over in the barracks.
