Despite most information about her having been made unavailable to the public, the story about El 'Maria' Fran - so her true name - is well known amongst the magic community. After all, even if the Four Kings themselves have complete control over who becomes their successor, being a simple village girl didn't help her creditability at all.

As far as her combat powers go she is, as expected, a force to be reckoned with. Even unknown to be an Einherjar or not, The Voice of Change is known to use her voice as a weapon. Apart from employing a wide variety of Runemagic, given live through her voice alone, she is also able to speak a language long lost. A language capable of Miracles.

In her [i]free-time[/i] The Voice of Change works as a priestess. 
Some say the language she knows is the language humanity once spoke before the fall of Babel, other say it's the language of the devil.

In fact, one might argue it is hard to find any member still alive. Mercurius however, is infamous for being involved in various not-too-legal cases of the Magic Community.
