That would be crazy. What on earth would they all be involved in that would need such a wide variety of skill sets? XD

Also, they can be as loosely related as you want! They don't all need to know each other. Think of it like a tree, where Ilia is the trunk. The branches that come away are you characters, and occasionally, those branches brush each other. But not all branches brush each other.
