Listening to the hurried footsteps, Aurora tried her best to quiet her tears. Her hand still caressing the animal that only hours ago would playfully nip at her fingers. She could hear a sharp intake of breath, most likely from the sight for whoever was in front of her. "I tried to get her to run...I did...." It was starting to become all too clear that the Filly died on her watch, she can not even see the wide lifeless eyes that stared at nothing. All she could do was listen, listen to the beams that were so easily moved by whoever came to her aid. Listen to the careful voice that was trying to comfort yet held and edge of unfamiliarity at the task he was given. Moment by moment, Sweet Tea's body became slightly colder...and heavier. “I, um, got your horse free, so now it’s your turn, okay?” All she did was nod. Mentioning to the saddle she put her hand on the horn. "The seat cushioned the fall, it's not broken at least.....But I think my arm's dislocated." The way she spoke, even with the ebbing tragedy that tugged at every word like greedy hands, she still sounded as though she experienced her fair share of injuries. She was heart broken, but she still managed to keep a level of composure. One that was drilled into her from her time as Raven Tale.
