And she was right-- the people in front of her were not hostile at all. Whitney couldn't help but let out a sigh in relief. It appeared that she would not have to raise a hand in defense another time. The thought of those shadow people popping out of nowhere terrified her to no end, but she shoved such thoughts to the back of her mind as she glanced between the two females. [b][color=8882be]"My name is Whitney..."[/color][/b] she began, sounding a little unsure of herself. She still had to get over the sound of her echoing voice. An unknown power rippled through her, but she didn't even know the beginnings of the spells that ran through her veins.

Suddenly, some strange creature leaped on the roof with them. She turned her head, and, as she looked upon it, she felt her skin crawl in anxiety. [color=8882be][b]"What in God's name is that?"[/b][/color] Whitney hissed, trembling in shock. Completely ignoring what it said, she glanced over at the two females that approached her. It sure looked a lot like sort of void creature... but all she knew was that they would have to take care of it before that storm came any closer.
