Both of you made incredible characters. I ended up thinking about this through Aidan's eyes, as he would be the one to do the hiring. While he likely would look down on Rose for dropping out of school, I think he'd find Danielle using an economics and international business degree as a receptionist to be a waste of talent. He'd insist on having her as an accountant. Probably would fire someone in order to make room for her. 

So that's my decision.

Rose can be the receptionist.
Danielle, if you're willing reiko, can be an accountant.
