Shiver rounded the corner and headed towards the office. She picked up the fax on her desk and teleported to the scene of a hostage situation. It should have been easy as there were only two shooters. She spoke to the chief of police and he said that the first shooter was unreasonable and seemed to be strung out on something. The second shooter seemed to be scared to death which made him dangerous. Shiver nodded. [color=fff200]"Give me a few minutes."[/color] Shiver ported in and built an ice wall around the scared shooter so he couldn't hurt anyone. Shiver grinned a little at the other guy. He was strung out on something was absolutely right. He was high as a kite. Shiver ice shackled his hands together and he complained that he couldn't unzip his pants to go pee so he went right there on the floor. Shiver grabbed the gun from him and told the police to come in. [color=fff200]"Ok Chief, you guys can come in now."[/color]
