"Okay, whoa, whoa, let's back up a second here. Time out." He commented, making a "t" with his hands. "There's no love crisis here, there's no love here. I'm not dating-" "-there's no love here." "-THERE'S NO LOVE HERE."
Kalimay Kay's mind halted for a brief moment when these words left Alistair's mouth and the rest of what he said may as well have been spoken to a rock or a small animal. In the blink of an eye she'd pulled a small purple notebook from a pouch on her waist as well as a clicking ballpoint pen which she used in a furious moment of scribbling, all while repeatedly mumbling 'There is no love here.' before closing the book with a snap and letting it disappear into her pouch. Finally she turned her shining gaze back to Alistair, looking much like someone who had just met their lifelong idol in person. "No, Alistair... there is no love here in Beacon Academy... Because the only true love is one that has been fought for OVER AND OVER AGAIN! One that has braved death and dismemberment and probably a few crazy skanks trying to get all up in your business and yet has come through it all like steel being tempered!" She was gripping onto his waist now, fully absorbed in her delusion when the announcement of their arrival began blaring over the speakers. "Only once your blood and sweat and tears have been shed for the sake of your love will the universe deem it 'true'! Only when- Oh, we're here!" They had docked without incident and the instant the doors where opened students began piling out onto the school grounds, heading for the assembly building. "Beacon Academy!" Kalimay Kay squealed, pressing her face to the nearby glass having apparently forgotten her true-love rant. "This calls for celebration!" Before any protests could be made, from her pouch she produced a rather large bottle-rocket firework and a small gas-lighter which produced a large, hissing green flame. "I call this one a 'Rainbow Popper'!" The fuse burned down in a matter of seconds and with a whistle the rocket flared to life and shot from her fingertips. It made a zig-zagging course before striking the ceiling and exploding in a burst of colors colorful sparkles and smoke. Several of these sparkles began to form small fires on the clothes and in the hair of several students unlucky enough to be caught underneath. "Yay, Beacon!" KK cheered, unfazed by the shouts of alarm and, in some cases, screams of fear that were echoing through the back-end of the crowd. "Let's go, best friends!" With a cheerful skip she slipped into the crowd behind Sayuri with BRIK-Breaker bouncing against her back and seemingly without a care in the world.
