[@supertinyking][@kishin asura][@Teoinsanity][@ShadowVentus] For a moment, Khaine looked those in the room up and down. Were he to resume his attack on the girl, all would stand against him. Could he take them? If it came to it, could he kill every person in the room? He had catalogued their demonstrated abilities, their reaction times, their visible experience and even their stances. He had a rough estimation of what most of them could do, and how to counter them, and he was confident that he could take any one of them in single combat. But all of them at once? .... No, there were too many. There was always a chance, but Khaine disliked his odds. The crystal person looked like a glass cannon, vulnerable in melee, but Gram and the shadow mage would prevent him from closing the distance. With Gram's considerable strength and the shadow mage's versatile combat manipulation he'd be unable to reach his prey or to incapacitate their ranged support before he was too wounded to take them out. Each of them had weaknesses to exploit, but if they were to work together, they covered one another's blind spots quite nicely. Ranged firepower, melee tank, and a tactician, able to rapidly alter combat conditions. And that was assuming that neither the strange scarved one or his intended prey interfered with the fight. He would need to exact his retribution another day, in another place. "Hmph. It is neither my goal nor my speciality to question your deeds. Simply know that should we face one another again, our battle will be to the death. And I will not hold back." Khaine had measured Gram, and while the last Tarkattan was an impressive fighter indeed, he was an aimless one, with gaping holes in his technique. With no real ranged combat prowess he relied on his durability to close the distance, and he was prone to overconfidence. Should they fight again, now that Khaine had measured his abilities, there was little doubt how the fight would end. "Now, I came here on the invitation of a small mortal of angelic origin. She appears to have been lost amidst the combat. Should any of you have harmed this individual, I will personally wipe out your species." He said it in a matter-of-fact fashion, as omnicide and genocide were merely a job to him. And this left no hesitation as the the fact that he was not only prepared, but able, to follow up on this threat.
