She has a sturdy build like most of the kingdom, and plenty of curve. While she could be described as "fat", the last person to think her slow or slothful in battle got their nose broken in a duel. Her softness hides a warrior's muscle. Her skin is a deep, earthy brown, and her eyes are the color of sunset. Her hair is unusual - white as the noon sun. The white hair is a longstanding mark of Olthonis royal blood. She wears it in many tiny braids that fall to her chin.

Like any noble in her kingdom, Achi wears a lot of gold. Bracelets, earrings, anklets, even toe rings if she's feeling the need to dress up extra. The bright colors she favors  are heavily featured in her 
wardrobe, which is mostly flowing dresses with airy skirts and patterns. From her mother, Achieng picked up the unusual habit of going without shoes. While she does own many, many pairs of well-made sandals, she will kick them off as soon as humanly possible, indoors or out. (Since she's the current heir, no one is willing to call her on this.)

Lastly, Achieng has a tattoo on the back of her neck, to symbolize the royal family's endurance.
