It's not far from New Raygate, which gives me the chance to run some...hm...questionable errands, and the factories/warehouses and whatnot give me an all-you-can-squat buffet of hiding places. Plus, junkyards. I'm guessing you guys have already figured out Sam's special love of junkyards. The things people throw away...
