Jeff's hope sparked just a tincy bit when the wind seemed to appear and cushion his blow at the last second. Sure it wasn't the example he was going for, yet it still served its purpose.

"I'll try", Jeff said responding back to the chiefly ball that rode atop his head, "but like I said, I can't really control it well yet.", the young inventor did his best to force himself back up into action. He then took a moment to focus on that feeling once more and then once again rushed in before jumping into the air and attempting yet another, hopefully, wind boosted jump kick.
