I fell asleep last night while working on the post and today was working from 8 to 7.(my dad doesn't like hiring construction workers and we have no idea what we're doing) I'll keep in mind option 2 of your suggestions. I had never thought of that and it sounds like some good character parts can be fleshed out really well with it to.
