[@WanderingSpirit] Well, his seed is more of a powerful utility tool than an actual "super strong ability" or whatever (and makes him more vulnerable to certain things because plot) so it should be okay for him to have his sight most of the time and only under special circumstances(dry on mana) he actually goes blind. You can put your character to the accepted sheets.
