I know it seems like I have a lot a different powers compared to everyone else but if you look closer at the level 1 powers aside from Spacial Sense, there really just slightly different versions of moving things around. I was just hyper specific. 

I used the Marvel/DC format on Superwiki assuming level 5 for a telekinetic was akin to the Phoenix before she went dark.

On the level 5 manipulating objects at an atomic level, Chris wouldn't have enough power to let's say disintegrate someone. It would be more like if you shattered a glass he could rearrange the atomic bonds in the shards to fuse it back together.

At each level this is what he can do not what he us able to control. So at level 1 while he is capable of causing objects to fly across the room or stop a bullet he won't have the skill to do so till much later down the line.
