It had been three days. Kat had allowed Matt back in their bed but they had yet to make love again. He still had to earn every priviledge back, including being alone with their daughter. Gracie had squealed in delight at seeing Nikki again and spent lots of time with Auntie Kiki so Mommy and Daddy could talk and work on things.

Today Kat walked into the cafeteria to see Nikki with her foot in an ice bucket. [color=6ecff6]"Good Lord Nikki what did you do now? You know they don't make replacement parts for you right?"[/color] she asked like a concerned sister, which in fact she was by marriage.

[color=ec008c]"Kiki!"[/color] Grace squealed happily, clapping her hands at seeing her beloved Auntie. She squirmed until Kat put her down.
[color=6ecff6]"You wanna show Aunt Kiki you're new trick?"[/color] Kat asked and held her hands as Gracie tried to take some wobbly steps. She was getting better and was actually starting to pull herself up to a standing position using chairs and things.
[color=ec008c]"Nenna!"[/color] she called, getting Jenna's attention as well so she could see her amazing trick too.

After a few steps Kat swooped her up into the air and blew kisses on her belly, causing the baby to have a giggle fit. [color=ec008c]"Num!"[/color]
[color=6ecff6]"You hungry Gracie? Okay Auntie Nenna will get you something,"[/color] Kat said, looking at Jenna. [color=6ecff6]"If you're not busy. I can take care of it if you are."[/color]

In the time they had been there Jenna had learned that Gracie loved cheerios, spaghettios, boiled carrots, mashed potatoes... really anything she could make a mess with.
