So I'm working on a similar situation character (at least guardian in training and potentially part time helping with security/peace keeping around school as part of that training.) When the character is finished and posted, is it cool if I PM you about relationship stuff between the two, [@vietmyke]? 
I'm still narrowing down aspects (gender...race...two biggest hang ups right now), but I just wanted to mention it early.
