Hellflame could feel it. The moment of triumph. The satisfaction of an eliminated enemy. He was so focused on the health bar, however, that he failed to see one last threat. Before he could even react, he saw a brief flash of light emerging through the flames, then he felt an impact, and everything went black. At first, Hellflame was confused, not understanding what was happening. He was about to win. Then, a message appeared in front of Hellflame: "You are dead." Hellflame merely stared at the message for several seconds, not believing what he was seeing. Then, there came the shock and anger as he realized what this meant. WHAT!?? Hellflame thought as he stared at the message, not believing his misfortune. He had spent so much time and effort on killing that warlock, all for this to happen? There was much frustration to be had, though Hellflame took a little comfort in knowing that the warlock had undoubtedly died as well. If the direct flaming didn't do it, at least the afterburn did. Once he calmed down, Hellflame wondered if he should just log off for the day. If he chose to respawn, he wouldn't be able to grind for exp. There were others at the fight nearby, though, so maybe they would revive him. Hellflame figured that there would be no harm in waiting, and so he decided to wait to see if anyone would actually bother to notice and revive him.
