This was due to a fire at Delphina Academy so they are sort of bunking with their sister school: Mayweather. As many may have assumed, this leads to quite a few problems and incidents. Delphina, in the start, seemed to have blamed Mayweather for the fire. But it seems like nobody, besides Gianna (villain, self named sovereign), really thinks about it anymore. Probably because there is enough going on already. So let’s start with the start. The first major event was Samantha (hero, self named Matriarch) and Avalon’s (Samantha's best friend) Heroes-Only party on the roof of the dorm building. That went exactly as well as you assumed it would go, as Gianna & Lucas (her right-hand villain friend) pretty much turned it into an open door party. When Sam realized her bouncers (the Dewey Brothers) were gone, too many villains had already arrived on the scene and there was nothing to be done about it. Though for a moment, it would have looked as if nothing really would happen. Until Sam challenged Gianna (under the influence of Mitch, the headmaster's son, and also mind controller). Bad idea, because Gianna started influencing Sam’s friend: Avalon and her crush: Will. Who, in the climax of the night, made out in a less than PG-13 way. Sam was utterly devastated and ran. The next day, both Sam and Gianna pretty much declared for war upon each other. On Sam’s side is Avalon, Will and surprisingly Mitch. The Delphina headmaster’s son. Who pretty much got guilt tripped into helping her. On Gianna’s side you have Brenna and Lucas. Though Lucas could call in the aid of Keats should it be required. Now, fast forward a week later and everyone is gearing up for the upcoming tournament in November. As you may understand, this battle is far more than just a friendly sparring match. It’s the best way to showcase people’s abilities as well as declare who is stronger than who in the upcoming war. Meanwhile, those who weren't selected to participate in the tournament have to assist with planning the Winter Formal. A massive end of the year dance. That’s story line: Samantha and Gianna are the most important ones if you ask me. Mind you, a lot of heroes and villains haven’t cast their dices yet and some will not take up sides. There are few pockets of friends (like Kayla, Minako and Amy) who seem to try and stay away from it. Some intrigue and bullying (Lucas toward Eliana). Really even with this reduced number of players the characters are very diverse. As well as the story lines. I’d say that you can even build your own story line along the way but I do feel that Sam and Gianna’s arc will probably influence everyone one way or another. Oh, minor detail but that will undoubtedly have wondered or will wonder about: Delphina Times is an anonymous blog where the juiciest gossips end up on. These gossips are mostly about Delphina people as you may imagine, but recently Mayweather students have gotten the spotlights a little. As far as I know, the Delphina Times is only read by Delphina students as it is sort of a school secret (Ex. Rumor or Real post). If you’ve watched Gossip Girl, well it’s pretty much Gossip Girl. Right now it’s a double edged sword. You can spread gossips and slander someone very fast through it but if someone digs up dirt on you, it will get blasted just as fast. Anyhow, if you have any more question regarding characters or smaller plotlines, feel free to ask. Even if you want to start a fresh character and just want her/him to get injected somewhere, feel free to approach me [@Legion02], LoCo [@lovely complex] or smarty [@smarty0114]. It’s quite possible to start as an entirely new person and just barge in. Case in point: the recent Sylvia post. That's the summary of what comes up off the top of my head. I'd advise you to look up the characters that are still present and just quickly read them through to give you an idea of who they are.

The same day as the Tournament and Winter Formal meeting, Gianna decides to have a night out. The Delphina's version of a "Heroes Only" party at Delirium, a nightclub owned by her late boyfriend's family, the Harts. The Harts are a notorious mafia family in New York City with connections throughout the United States, especially in NY, LA, and roots in Sicily. They are known for their shadow manipulation and necromancy. By now everyone just wants to relax and let loose. Leon Fulton, Head Warden, whose basically the student police of Mayweather, had to deal with the incidents of the previous week that were caught on the surveillance tapes. Ie. Lucas and Keats vandalizing Mayweather's rooms & Elijah going into the girls' bathroom to talk to Gianna then setting it on fire out of rage. So when he finds out about this Delphina's night out, and that somehow, the majority of the school found out (glorious social media), he goes to investigate. Fast forward to everyone arriving, convincing the bouncers to get in, and interacting with each other, including heroes, Gianna gives a performance using her pheromones that allows people to relax. It doesn't help that Delirium itself is a strange place and most people's nights turn for the worst due to getting shitfaced, lovestruck, and other 'lose inhibition' activities. Turns out, the late Vincent Hart's little cousin is in town and will be not only attending Delphina, but also making a documentary of the school's joining! There were a few questionable events of the night... 1) Warden Valentin (NPC) took the newest member of the Wardens, Kayla Styles, to see the Maw (the attic of Delirium - which is off limits) only to use his powers on her and drug her with a lust inducement - causing her to forget her duties for the night. 2) Later on, Hugo and Carmen make out in the Maw only to be caught by both Valerio and Bianca Hart and running from the sight. Since it is near Halloween, Bianca decided to give them a spooky car chase. Sylvia Vargas was simply waiting for her ride when she got caught in the middle of dead people and two civilians running away. Hugo teleports out the car and back in, retrieving the naive princess. Without Sylvia, Hugo and Carmen would have surely died. But now Hugo and Carmen are at a safehouse and Sylvia, who decided to leave them Hugo and Carmen to die is now in the loving arms of Bianca. 3) The night ends with Gianna sitting on the roof of one of the dorms back on campus. She's had a pretty shitty night. Only for it to get ten times worse when Tristram Cringe pops out of nowhere and threatens her life and all those she cares about - while she hangs off the roof. She has until the end of the Fear Fest to get Lucas out of Eliana's hair (For those who do not know, Lucas and Eliana are nemesis' and Tristram is madly obsessed with Eliana).
Current scenes in IC Time will be skipped soon
Recommended Posts to read
Timeskip post, Ceciliaaa! - Posts that tell you about the Tournament and Winter formal

Other Posts You don't need to read these, but it wouldn't hurt
- Reputation, the climax of the party. - Battle Lines Have Been Drawn, Mitch pushes Gianna to her breaking point, where she's just fed up. - Delineation, Gianna calls a meeting with Lucas and Brenna and tells them that war has began, let's talk strategy. Sam and Gianna have never liked each other, making them nemesis's before the schools joined. As far as IC goes, she has the most 'black and white' mindset where heroes are better in every way, shape, and form. She'd like to keep it like that. Though recently, she's trying to focus on bettering her image, while worsening Gianna and company's reps. Ever since the party where her heart was torn asunder, she has had a hard time approaching her crush, Will Blake. That being said, her best friend, Avalon, has been giving Will tasks and trying her best to keep his loyalty with Sam. Even with her flaws of wanting to keep things a certain way, her heart is still tender. Her unwavering mind is the most prominent of her traits, but unlike Gianna, her heart and emotions are still very much prominent in her day to day actions. She does not want to be seen as someone less than - especially juxtapose to her nemesis.
Avalon Middleton (19) - Hero - "Tesla" Sam's best friend, who would go through hell and high water for her. She is also Will's best friend, so she wants Sam and Will to kiss and make up. Her personal battle has everything to do with her father, Alexander, the original Telsa, who was murdered by the villain known as Phosphorus. This event has made her hate villains with a firing passion. Will Blake (19) – Hero – “The Mentalist” Sam's crush, who is Mister Nice Guy (though arrogant because of his intelligence) and loyal through and through. That being said, he can also hold long grudges and can be rather hot headed. For the time being, he just wants Sam to trust him again. Will wants to help her, but he will draw the line if it gets too far. Can Sam forgive him after Gianna used her powers to ruin her/them? He has no idea his father is the former villain: Phosphorus. Mitchell Danford (23) – Villain – “The Influencer” Delphina Headmaster's son and massive troll. He is the childhood friend of Eliana Lovelace (hero), secretly dating her close pure Hero guy friend, Milo Ushkowitz (now a NPC), who is heavily bullied by Lucas Farweight (his villain friend). He doesn't seem like someone who wants to partake in this feud and has always been on friendly basises with both Sam and Gia. As far as we know, Sam seems to have great influence over him. He was the reason why Gianna became truly fed up, acting like he cared but really he didn't, he just wanted to stir her up - they are no longer friends. One can see him as Sam's adviser, who gives her ideas for the war. He recently posted a picture of Lucas with Eliana's mother and little sister on the Delphina times (which had Eliana's little sister's blog attached to it - who strongly believes Lucas has a thing for Eliana), tarnishing his friend's rep. Most students know of Lucas and Eliana's ongoing feud and now he is directing the school to believe that Lucas is actually in love with his nemesis. Maybe to get back at Lucas for bullying his lover? but would Mitch go that far? Once he was done with his juicy gossip, he sent a text to 'Shitbird' saying "I did what you asked." Why is he going this far and siding with Sam? Who is Shitbird and what is Shitbird's role in this feud?

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The Black Chess Pieces
Gianna Daniels (24) - Villain - "Cupid's Psyche" Senior Villain, Self-named Matriarch/Queen, most targeted/hated, mentee of Cecilia Lovelace (Mayweather teacher), and assumed promiscuous slut. Gianna is the one who never let the fire die. The fire is still prevalent with her even if everyone is distracted by the feud. She was the most hurt because she lost her boyfriend, Vincent Hart (FC: James Franco), who was a shadow/darkness manipulator and extremely respected by the masses, even some Heroes. One of our newest characters, Sylvia Vargas, the (Hero) daughter of the Head of Board of Ed, had a major crush on Vince, therefore making her automatically hate Gianna. Gianna has a tendency to do the worse things because she's taking her pain out on the world. During IC, a few people: Minako (a girl that accidentally used her powers on her), Elijah (Vince's close friend), and Mitch (someone she use to respect until he sided with Sam) have been forcing her to confront his death more and more, which has caused her to die on the inside and want to cause real hell upon Mayweather and anyone who is against her. Even with how terrible her recent actions have been, she does have loyal companions, who will go lengths for her because of what she has done for them in the past. She cared, when no one else would. Elijah wants that Gianna back. Prior to the fire, the Old Gianna: Gianna has always been an emotionally unstable person since she lost her family prior to attending college. Going to Delphina was the best thing that could happen to her because she found Vincent Hart, her love and her stability. She use to be a decent and kind human being - though rumors and the way she dressed gave people the impression that she was sultry. Both her and Vince were loved by many because of how supportive they were. Their strength together made people look up to them as role models and because of that, they were seen as King and Queen. Now that she has lost the one thing that made her okay with this world, she demands people to see her in a powerful light, she would rather be feared than seen as nothing at all.
Brenna Lancaster (19) – Villain – “Snow Angel” Ice Queen, Gianna's apprentice, and ex-best friend of Eliana Lovelace. Vince and Gianna helped Brenna when she first enrolled at Delphina, accepting her wholeheartedly. Due to her father abandoning her, she can be a bit closed off and hopes that those she cares about like Gianna and Lucas aren't using her. Brenna hurt Eliana in highschool because they both had the same crush and they haven't been friends since. Going to Delphina was the best thing that could ever happen to her and then the fire took her roommate/best friend from her. She understands Gianna more than most people and will support her on bringing down Mayweather. She also has romantic interests with James Spinne (now NPC) and Lucas Farweight (sorta - she wants to use him to her advantage and doesn't know if there's feelings behind the equation). Lucas Farweight (21) - Villain - "Twilight" Gianna's "Puppy", her right hand man, a brutish warrior, and a cruel bully to weak Mayweathers. Lucas makes sure people know he is a man of power. Similar to Brenna, Vince and Gianna mean more to him than people truly realize. He loves to fight and cause conflict. His best quality is he is who he is: an asshole. He ain't changing for anyone. He does know he needs someone smarter than him to guide him, but that doesn't make him completely dumb and Gianna is molding him to think on his feet and plan like her, a mastermind. The only person who he is willing to show his vulnerable side is Lana, his sister. She understands why he is the way he is even though she doesn't agree with all his actions. Then there's Eliana who he hates with a bloody passion, the bitch that trapped him in a nightmare for an hour that made him relive the fire over and over again. Sure, he talked shit about her sister but now he has a strong grudge against her. Their feud started off with him getting back at her, which he did - but then she threw something right back at him. Now he is tasked by Gianna to convert Eliana to the dark side. Ellie isn't good or bad, she simply is trying to avoid losing control of her powers and herself. As much as he hates the Lovelace girl, he's willing to play this game with her and test her in ways she isn't mentally prepared for.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The Undecided/Unaligned/Defiant

Eliana Lovelace (18) - Hero - "Dream Catcher" Eldest daughter of one of the strictest teachers at Mayweather and the current President/CEO of Millennium Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Millennium Hotels Corporation is a British global hospitality company that manages and franchises a broad portfolio of hotels and resorts. Millennium hotels are safe havens for both villain and hero alike and the one place where Supers can push their differences aside to enjoy themselves or talk about business. The Lovelace's have always tread the grey line of hero and villain, but are some of the most well known peacemakers in the world, especially Eliana's father, Lucas Lovelace, who she cherishes beyond belief. Due to Eliana's constant fear of losing control of her abilities, she spends a lot of her days studying and avoiding people - or at least, she tries. In the past, she's blacked out a couple of times when she felt cornered or was boiling angry. Last year, before the fire, Gianna had overheard a phone call between Cecilia Lovelace, her mother, and her husband. This made her do her own personal investigation and to her discovery, Eliana had created a psychopath murderer, who goes by the name "The Oracle", currently in a mental institution prison. Eliana does not know anything about that. That means when Eliana is brought to her full potential, which more often than not is when she's extremely vulnerable and angry, she could potentially ruin someone's psyche and not remember she did so. This has made Gianna rather intrigued by Eliana and so she deliberately wants to convert the Lovelace girl into one of them so she gave her 'puppy' that task. Intelligent and a overlooked jewel, Eliana just lives her days hoping she gains a better understanding of herself - it doesn't help that her life is kind of... terrible. Everyday she is tested from not only the pressures of being the perfect heiress to her father's company but also because people are immensely cruel and won't leave her be. Lucas Farweight is the person she hates the most in this world because he is the biggest coward and instigator who has nothing better to do with his sorry ass life. Elijah Masterson (22) - Villain (Anti-Hero) - "Brimstone" Son of a wealthy villain sorceror. Has the power of pyromancy and due to his heritage, wears rather unusual arcane robes that were gifted to him. Is always seen wearing some kind of sunglasses or wrap around his eyes, even at night. His personality is neutral and monotone, as he consistently keeps a tight leash on his emotions, lest his powers and the spirit within overtake him. Was good friends with Vincent, Gianna's deceased boyfriend. Ever since his death has constantly watched out for Gianna, and though he is seen as a lone wolf, he has always kept an ear to the ground and informed her of things, or at the very least, steer her on the right path. Went on a date with Eliana, wishes to continue going on more, even if her mother disapproves. Samuel Keats (19) – Villain – “Weaver” Main 'bro' to Lucas Farweight and doesn't mind joining in on Lucas' tyranny, but is ultimately out for himself - as most villains should be. Most of what drives his actions is his pure boredom, however he does draw the line since he does want to protect the weak (those who can't protect themselves). That desire is cancelled out because he treats the weak with disgust and hatred. On the night of the fire, he lost his sister, someone he promised to look after, someone he's always had a rather competitive relationship with, someone he believed he failed - like he failed to keep his promise with his parents. Kayla Styles (21) - Hero (Paragon for lyfe) - "Silver" Daughter of the well renowned scientist Dr. Brennan Styles, a major player in the super community. Kayla has lived a life where she has only seen the good in her family of heroes, yet she was never born with any powers. Believing their daughter to be a late bloomer, they simply let it go, but as the years went on Kayla's anxiety and self doubt led her to believe she was powerless in a powerful family (even her little brother turned out to have powers). Realizing his daughter's doubt Dr. Styles developed a suit for her based off of his own powers of isokinesis and enrolled her at Mayweather academy. Plenty of people bully her for her lack of powers and even though she believes to be worthless, her dream is to be a hero. Met Minako recently and became fast friends with her (even though Kayla was molested in her sleep by her), recently met Amy and likes her quite a bit. Hugo Moreau (24) - Hero - "Slipman" Senior at Mayweather, is a lover of life, a lover of weed, and a lover to men/women/anything. Traveled the world in his youth, finding Jamaica to be his true home, but moved to America to continue to hone his powers. Has extremely terrible long term memory and has a pretty bad short term memory. Carries most of his belongings in a duffel on his back, writing down things that are important to him in his journal so he can have some sort of memory log. Carries around a katana, some teachers yell at him for it, but most just let it go since he doesn't remember the conversation much afterwards. Plays the guitar, wants to be friends with everybody, smoke them up too. Amy Stevenson (19) - Hero - "Cipher" The past week Amy has made friends with Kayla and Minako, it started off with Minako bumping into Amy and looking into her eyes causing Amy's powers to activate (her nullifying powers). There Minako introduced Amy to Kayla and now they're friends. Being a controlled person and an optimist, she doesn't care about the feud or fighting at all. One of the things that get her angry is when people talk badly about individuals without powers. During her first IT job, her office was attacked by a rogue super but when he met her gaze his powers were no longer at work and he went spiraling toward the pavement. She did kill a man, but she didn't feel sorry for him because he deserved it. She tries to not stand out and unfortunately, when it comes to her ability it is useless in the Control Room - therefore, people see her as one of the weakest people in the entire Academy. One day, she'l prove them wrong. Amelia von Carstein (18) - Hero - "Blood Angel" Assistant to the nurse at the infirmary, Amelia has taken care of Lucas Farweight this past week while he was down from the 'Red Level' incident (second half of collab). Amelia comes from probably the wealthiest family in this roleplay (and there are many wealthy familes in DWS). We're not speaking of a multi-national owner, we're talking about a family that have nearly 500 years of black inheritance. Not much is known about the von Carsteins, but they hold many assets in different names. Most just know them as this rather ancient, European family of successful bankers - not a family that has the condition of Vampirism. Bloodline purity is incredibly important, therefore von Carsteins are only allowed to marry whom the elders of the family deem worthy. Amelia has always had a soft spot for the less unfortunate/the unlucky and found her calling through a veteran while she visited her ancestral home - "Small acts of goodness ignite a fire in one's heart beyond measure". Although her enrollment at Mayweather was not fully approved by her father, she was able to attend the school. She didn't expect the school to be fused with it's brother's school, Delphina Academy. She has found a companion in a girl in her class, who may need her more than anyone else, Eliana Lovelace. Someone who is slowly breaking and yet continues to take on the days even with what people put her through. Sylvia Vargas (19) - Hero - "Radiance" The princess of Mayweather. She’s a cat with claws and unanimously disliked by most of the school due to her unrelenting and attacking nature. Tends to put down those she classifies as “Lowborns”, those not in the upper class. She has an ongoing feud with Cecilia Lovelace, a Lowborn who married the highly respectable Lucas Lovelace. Sylvia is also “best friends” (possibly more than that) with Jenna Lovelace, but does not have much respect for the bookish Eliana. Leon Fulton (21) - Hero - "The Artificer" Leon is head of the student organization known as the Wardens, who essentially function as the police on campus. He is an approachable man who wants nothing more than his peers to flourish, though he is very hard on those that pursue illicit activities or bring chaos to the school.. Currently, he’s stuck with quelling Sam and Gianna’s little war. Ananya Sharma (20) – Hero – "Naagin" Daughter of a once believed to be mythical creature: Nags. Her only priority is to protect her family; her father and her younger brother who is also a naga after watching her mother get murdered by a snake-charmer five years prior in India for her snake nature. Despite being an unknown in the hero community, Ananya hopes to protect her family and keep other Nags safe from threats from the snake-charmers. Drama doesn't interest Ananya as much, and as such she'll be found running away from it than getting involved.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The Questionable/Goal-Orientated

Tristram Cringe (23) - Hero and Villain - "Charade", formerly "Blink Dog" Eliana’s wildly eccentric stalker. Eliana is responsible for shattering his mind and causing him to be the insane and unpredictable man he is today, though she doesn’t know it. Not many pay attention to him. He was a rebellious punk who partied constantly until his change and most people know that incarnation of him, so his new appearance tends to throw people off. Virgil Hart (17) – Villain – “Nocturne” New kid on the block and cousin to the late Vincent Hart (Gianna's boyfriend), Virgil is part of an infamous mafia family that carries great power in vast amount of areas; as far as some students know, their territory is from NYC to LA, with origins in Sicily. The NYC family is their biggest concern. Virgil just wants to make a sick ass documentary. He's a simple boy.
