Nefas is going to be Queen of the underworld soon as her father grows weaker and weaker by the century. His daughter is the only choice for the throne as she is his only child and heir. 
There's one catch though. 
Before she can become Queen she first has to sample the human world. She has to experience that world for a good decade or so before she can take the throne. 
Nefas has lived a very sheltered life in the depths of Hell as Lucifer didn't want her to go to the surface as she wasn't ready. Now the time has come and she must 'fly the nest'. 
Nefas doesn't think she needs to go to the human world but will do as her father tells her. 
She goes to the world looking to cause havoc and chaos wherever she lands. First she has to learn about the world. So she must pick a human to help her with this task.
