I think Peridot would be a level 1 Bard (specializing in comedy, considering her tendency to try and make jokes, and her one gem band), and a higher level wizard, considering she was a sort of knowledgable/academic squishy since we first saw Peridot. She never tried to fight anyone one on one like Jasper.
