[u][b]Personality:[/b][/u] Often being seen as too kind, or too friendly, Tessai is a charismatic person who has trouble not wanting to be a persons friend. He breezes though social encounters, has an odd charm about him, and frankly enjoys himself wherever he goes. 

One of his favourite things to do is simply spending time with people, or trying to make new friends. He sometimes comes of as oblivious to some peoples feelings, as he tends to ignore it if someone hates or simply dislikes him. Its hard to make him go away once he's decided to be your friend, so its usually best just to go along with him - not that most people get that choice, since they agree to be friends quite quickly.

One of the things that sets Tessai apart from others is his way of speaking. Unlike others, his wording choice is intelligent and thought out - even if its spur of the moment. Any situation can be responded to, and his way of responding makes him seem much smarter than he actually is. 

Following along from how friendly he is, Tessai is very protective of his friends; to the point where he is willing to put his life on the line for them. It seems stupid from an outside perspective, but to him it really isn't. He views it less as an action and more as a duty, and so he has no worries about dying. Not that its easy to kill him anyway, and he knows it. He has confidence in his abilities, his power, and most of all his skill, and so he has no qualms to being on the front lines if it means he can help, do good, and protect what means the most to him - his friends. 

[u][b]Abilities:[/b][/u] Tessai has a variation of [i]Flyrogenesis[/i], the ability to generate forcefields. Though he can still generate forcefields, they are purely defensive, and serve to distort space around the area to deflect projectiles. These forcefields can only be generated around his own body, or any item he is touching, provided that object is not touching any other matter besides himself.

[*][i]Marksmanship - [/i] Tessai is an excellent shot with most of any handgun.
[*][i]Quickdraw - [/i] Tessai his extremely fast reactions, enough to set of a forcefield in the face of a gunshot, or draw a weapon quickly.
[*][i]Charismatic - [/i] He has oddly strong charisma, and has an easy time making friends or dealing with social environments.[/list]

[u][b]Brief Backstory:[/b][/u] Tessai is, for the most part, an entirely normal person. He hadn't much go in in his life, and his ability hardly affected it. If anything, he was perfectly fine and normal. Life couldn't have been better unless they won the damn lottery, which probably wasn't going to happen. 

The only thing that really happened was him volunteering to join the Miura Youth Organisation. His reasons were vague, generally falling under "To make new friends" category of falsehood. He probably has other motives, but good luck finding em' out ^-^
