You've got a few options for finding books in Altsoba.

1. Altsoba High -- they have a small-ish library, and the doors tend to be unlocked over the summer in order to let kids go there to work on summer homework.
2. Forgotten Relics -- it's a store, specializing in collecting rare books on various mythos. Located in the Shopping District.
3. Altsoba Public Library -- it's not marked on the map yet, but it's in the open space next to Alistair Apartments and above Maynard Cinema. The glass doors are locked, but a window nearby had been smashed. A peek inside would reveal piles upon piles of books, a bit too chaotic for what a librarian would allow. The security cameras are still functioning, if Danica wishes to go try and have a look at who went there before her.
