[@Master Crim] Alright, so Tracer seems quite dangerous. It sounds like using this spell will result in always 100% accurate shots which you can see how that would be a problem. It needs to be balanced. I'm assuming Trifecta isn't 100% accurate all the time (at least not the initial shot anyways)?
