The one glaring issue I see is the particular lack of reasoning as to why some of your characters attacks and abilities outright destroy others. This is only speculative, of course. You may already have reasoning prepared to be explained in rp, but from a glance, I don't quite understand how or why 'black lightning' would outright destroy regular lightning.

How are the ions totally obliterated?Is black lightning not also formed of ionized gas? If not, then what is it? Chaos energy? Pure magic? Physical laws state that energy cannot be created or destroyed, and this is rp so we see this rule get defied all the time, but usually by some magical cheat code that doesnt so much break physics as provide a clever loophole.

I think consistency is rather important when it comes to 'hard-counter' abilities and techniques.
