[@Rin][@Experiment 249] I only posted the list so that people who did not want to design their own could choose from that and to give those who want to design their own some ideas. Also there is no rush. I only require that you have an in training and rookie so that we could start out. It will be a bit of time before players can access ultimate and mega. 

The earliest I see people being able to start posting in the IC is the start of next week. If everyone gets everything in early than we can start before, but I figure this will give everyone enough time to get the basics. I will also give a general idea of how to start off the posts as well and after that we can see how it goes.
