The bugs aren't particularly bad. But regardless, you can't cheap out of it and get a good experience; it's like asking where to get the newest iPhone for $300.

This isn't true. As someone who has one, it's definitely worth it, but it's too early to care if you don't have at least $400 to spend and a gaming PC, or $1000 total. It's a money game, not a quality or content game.
