Yes he is. Practically 4/5 things he says are lies and he gets caught lying and then just claims he wasn't. He was even shown himself saying two direct contradictions and his response was just "no I didn't" even though there was video of him doing it. He's as much of a liar as Hillary and that's FUCKING INSANELY DIFFICULT to achieve. 
He's also terrible at connecting with the people considering less than 50% of the country likes him. This election is literally just "how do you hate less."
