Now this may seem comical at times, even to himself but he is very set in his beliefs. Sadly he is cunning enough to get others to follow him. This adds to the problem, the more that follow him the more convinced in his own superiority he becomes. 

He had the mentality that should have been locked away long before the outbreak and some tried, but since the world went to hell he has entered his own version of paradise. Those around him share this vision after a time; those that don't beg for release only to never have it obtained. While he does not believe he is God he does believe he is the next best thing. May Adamm have mercy...
