I mean he IS a little over-the-top, I'm mainly getting away with him because I had in-depth discussions with Vita about him and what I was generally going to do with him before even writing the CS and because I've worked with this particular setting of hers A LOT in the past. 

Fortunately for everyone in the District, he's here mainly as an observer/one-man investigative unit and current Catholic doctrine prevents him from going [b]DEUS VULT![/b] on the inhabitants unless they prove openly malicious towards humanity. 

that said, they only sent one man because they only need one man. XD

(BTW this isn't meant to discourage other people from signing up as Church affiliated characters, I'm happy to work something out and there's plenty of other reasons for them to be there, though he's likely to be the highest ranked Exorcist Corps member on site.)
