- Lukas Kunze -
... well, if she was so insistent, Lukas guess he could let her pay for the whole meal? It wasn't gentlemanly in the slightest, so he would leave a tip for the restaurant to feel reassured. Shrugging was one of his signs for submission to this, though he was going to make sure he would treat the duo to some sweets afterwards as even if he did tip them, it wouldn't sit right with Lukas. "Eh, fine, if you say so," he mumbled softly, following behind the two. As soon as he entered within, he found the place to appear... much more eloquent than he expected, though, the fountain was the first indication that this was no mere tavern they had waltzed into, oh no. Even more so, there were nobles of different ages, seated at different tables; Lukas was a little antsy about this whole endeavor. His little money purse probably couldn't afford much, even here! Lukas was fairly certain he would need to bring most of his funds and pay for it upfront just to have even a fair chance. Looking over to the younger, pink haired lady, she exclaimed how he lacked the possible funds for this place which was... true to some degree. Blinking, he managed to return for his trance-like state of anxiousness with that comment. "Yeah, this place does look rather interesting and expensive... though," he put a thumb to his lip, tapping as he followed behind the knightess and Lyssa. The longer he pondered on it, the more and more it became apparent that his first friend was obviously a noble if she was confident enough to finance their meal... ... and she sort of made out with him... ... and he was... dining with two... nobles. Lukas couldn't help but internally scream in absolute fear as he hustled to catch up with the two, ignoring the murmurs of other blue-bloods. This was not an excellent position to be in as he mused over what to do. There were so many possibilities, yet they all lead to some form of ruin. Alright, no need to freak out... just... think through this, sensibly. Taking a seat, Lukas seemed somewhat disconnected from the realm, staring off into space with a blank glare on his face. The sights, sounds, and clanking of armor didn't seem to truly phase him at all, though he just thought... but not before being restored once more by the thankfulness of the golden beauty. "Aye, I have to agree with Lyssa there," he grinned, looking down on the menu. "It may be idealistic, but it is a nice thought to ride on." Lukas chuckled a bit as he went on to reading it, ordering some tea while he was at it. Eyeing his options, there were myriads of familiar palettes and dishes that came in from Germany! Guess he wouldn't be too far away from home as he stared at the different pieces offered, stealing a glance at Lyssa due to her squee. Eventually, a cup of tea arrived, along with a pot just in case they needed to refill. Picking it up, he delicately began to sip the hot liquid, letting out an exasperated sigh of relief. As he drank, there was another subject to get the mans mind off the topic of his family name - tales! As soon as the little lady began excitingly requesting Luna to spin them a story. While the chances were slim, it didn't exactly hurt to ask... though, if push came to shove, he could fabricate one of his own to a degree. Eventually, the lady did proclaim she had a couple of stories, though, whether they were romanticized or not, it wasn't the point. Though, he was all ears for this once she mentioned a Wyvern. He knew all about each sort of creature, so he didn't bother interjecting. Going on, he often saw the woman pause, almost to recollect herself as he saw the tiniest of details etched on her that hinted to the feelings within and how she viewed them. It was honestly admirable. ... While the end of the tale was bittersweet, Luna commented, downtrodden about her creating a rather dark atmosphere. "Hey, you don't need to apologize, you're fine," Lukas finally spoke up, putting his opinions into this. "It was good, realistic, and it does have many, erm, 'bright' sides to offset the morose tone, like..." Tapping his finger, he fleetingly snapped his fingers before continuing on. "Like the two who were mauled and your ally that was slain... I'm sure they can find peace, knowing the creature plaguing the area was killed." Taking another sip of tea, he decided to glance over at Lyssa. "Hey, Lyssa; d'you have any stories you would like to spin... well, other than how we met today?" Lukas chuckled somewhat awkwardly, recollecting the... interesting morning the duo had when encountering each other...
