Hi everyone! i was just wondering if people would like the CS to start fleshing out their characters. Things like equipments, their prices and move power aren't finalised, but people can start thinking about their Suit/Stats/personality so there's not so much to do by the time the OOC is ready to be put up. There's a possibility a couple things might change on the CS between here and completion of stuff, but if so it honestly won't be much :D
