tl;dr If you want to employ Urtelem to build cities or carry supplies for you, they're much more organised and mobile now. Give them rocks, respect, patience, and an interesting enough problem, and they'll help out, no worries. Still no global writing revolution yet, though, since their script is designed specifically for Urtelem brains.
