”This here is my home. So I suggest you mosey on back to where you came before I send you back in a casket."
Name: Omega Title: The Divine Deputy Age: Unknown Gender: Male Allegiance: Heaven Race: Spirit Height: 6’ Weight: Does spirit energy weigh anything? Personality: Omega is a stereotypical cowboy. Kind and soft spoken always ready to lend a hand or gun to whoever needs it. Speaking of, his weapons of choice are a bit of a controversy among him and the angels. While they swear by the sword, Omega feels they could easily turn the tide of the war if they just started utilizing technology and often speaks openly about this. Nevertheless, the hosts of heaven are his people and Omega will fight to the end for them. History: Not even Omega knows how he came into being. When asked he simply says one day he “woke up”. He had no memory, no family, and no name. What he did have was a ghost town and an intact collection of old western movies and memorabilia. He learned everything from them and adopted the persona of a wandering lone cowboy as he identified with those characters the most. After much time had passed Omega longed more and more to find more of his own kind. He began traveling long distances searching for signs of life. Eventually, he happened upon a Nexus portal and decided to enter. It was here he found a land under heavenly control brimming with life. While he was clearly not one of them, the angels who lived there accepted him and even gave him a name based on the symbol that replaced his face. While he learned their culture and way of life, he stuck to his cowboy motif simply because at this point it was who he was. Though he had been told of the war, he never really felt the drive to fight in it since it wasn’t really his war. That was until the demons launched an attack on his new home. Watching the only people he had known and cared for be slaughtered was more than enough motivation for Omega to take up his guns and fight back. Powers: Heavenly Light: Omega emits a power light that temporarily blinds anyone unfortunate enough to be looking at him at the time. Ethereal Form: Lacking a real body or true form, physical attacks such as regular bullets and weapons have little effect on Omega. However, he is more susceptible to magic and energy based attacks. Charge Shot: Channeling his energy into his guns, Omega can fire off a more powerful shot that deals more damage the longer he holds it. Weapons: Truth and Justice: Twin revolvers of Omega’s own design. Made from celestial silver and infused with holy powers. They fire spiritual rounds capable of slaying demons and piercing armor plating. When the fight goes hand to hand Omega can still use them as each one had a blade on the end just as sharp as any other heavenly sword. Equipment: N/A Other: Omega is ambidextrous which is why he can use a gun in either hand to full effect.

”Balrog will crush all puny weaklings!”
Name: Balrog Title: The Juggernaut (Bitch!) Age: 300+ Gender: Killer Allegiance: Demons of Hell Race: Murder Beast Height: Big Weight: Crushing Personality: Balrog isn't the smartest and even has trouble speaking, but that doesn't matter to him as he lives for one thing, war. His thirst for battle and blood is unquenchable and has never turned down a challenge, even facing impossible odds (which may have been the reason he got captured before). He is loyal to hell simply because he fully embraces their brutal tactics both on and off the battlefield and has respect for those who show strength in combat. Other than that, no one owns Balrog, which is why he has nothing but resentment towards the Machina for trying to make a slave of him. History: One day, some scientists from the Machina decided “Hey, if hell can corrupt and control us, why don’t we do the same?” Then some other guy was like, “That’s a great idea!” Then they high fived and drank some beers or something. They began their experiments small, captured imps and lesser demons that would do great as fodder, and eventually moved to bigger and badder ones that could actually do some damage on the battlefield. In time they had enough mind controlled demons for a small army and were ready to unveil their secret project to Queen Eos, when the opportunity of a lifetime came their way in the form of Balrog. Mortally wounded but still alive the Machina had him in cryostasis in the hopes of keeping Balrog from dying and thus respawning, but the group of scientists had a better idea. Fix him up and make the colossal demon their greatest weapon yet! They gave him life support systems, replaced any missing limbs with state of the art weaponry and gadgets, and plated it all in the strongest armor they could. Truly they had made a demon that could rival even some of their greatest mechs, and hey, as long as it had its compliance chip, what could go wrong? Lots. Lots could go wrong. The scientists didn’t account for Balrog’s berserk ability overloading and shorting out the compliance chip. Free of their control, Balrog went on a rampage destroying everything in his path. Desperate to stop him the scientists released every demon they had; none of them survived. The scientists dead and their research lost in the facilities destruction, Balrog became the only remaining cyberdemon and returned to hell stronger than ever, and ready to rip and tear like never before. Powers: Berserk: Unleashing all his power and rage Balrog goes into a frenzy attacking everything in sight. He becomes stronger, faster, and ignores most light damage. Be careful, not even those under hells banner will be spared if they get in his way. Bloodlust (passive): Killing a powerful enemy (PC/Important NPC) empowers Balrog and rejuvenates a portion of his health. Weapons: The Death Cannon: The Death Cannon was originally manufactured for a Grafdakka model, but rather than spend the time custom building a new arm for the new Machina demon, it was repurposed and given to Balrog. It comes with four rocket launchers that can be fired independant of each other or simultaneously. Surrounded by them is a particle cannon that rapidly fires plasma orbs perfect for taking down groups of infantry or shielded targets.. Arm Claw: On the other hand, literally, Balrog has as very large shell like claw that works great in close quarters combat. Being nearly hard as steel it slices unarmored opponents like butter. Reaper Beam: Mixing his natural hell energies with the power of his robotics Balrog fires a focused beam from his chest that rips through even the most heavily armored enemies. All that raw power does take time to charge (01 turn) and the cool down makes it impossible to fire consecutively (03 turns). Equipment: Leg Mounted thrusters: The amount of fuel it takes to lift Balrog would do jack all to let him fly, but it is enough to propel him at ramming speeds. Height: 7’ 2” Weight: Not sure. The scale broke when we tried to find out. Personality: Wolf’s mind is a cold and efficient one. A firm believer in the ends justifying the means, he will go to any length to complete his assignments with ruthless efficiency. His years of conditioning to fight magic has given him a deep hatred of it; viewing it as the crutch that has doomed the other factions and as such detests when his own kind turn to it. Between his strict personality and his robotic armor, it’s easy to see why many have mistaken Wolf as just another machine and not an actual human. History: Though it’s origins are unknown, it is speculated The Inquisition started out as an order wanting to learn magic; much like The Knights of Winter. However, when such orders began to fall apart, it became clear magic was not something man would be able to out class its enemies in. Thus, The Inquisition instead turned from trying to control it, to eradicating it. Using what they had learned about magic, they discovered that those with psychic abilities could connect with the magical essence of the Nexus and, theoretically, alter it. The power needed to do this though was exponential and the only way to achieve it would be to enhance a natural born psychic with neural implants. Of course doing so often resulted in the subjects mind being fried from an overload of power, but The Inquisition wasn’t about to give up. After spending years perfecting neural technology, The Inquisition finally saw their first success in Joseph Wolf. Though he was only a child at the time, Wolf was the only subject whose mind could tolerate and use the high amounts of psychic energy. From there they began his training, teaching him how to control his powers and use them effectively in combat. As he grew older he was enlisted in one of the Machina’s super soldier programs, undergoing genetic modification and further combat training. Equipped with the latest Power Armor and weapons, Wolf is now ready to show the Nexus why it should fear any warrior of The Inquisition. Powers: Incorruptible (passive): With the mind of a fortress and the increased defense of his power armor, Wolf is immune to possession, hypnosis, hallucinations or other metal attacks of any kind. Magic Detection (passive): Wolf’s psychic nature enhanced by his power armor allows him to detect and pinpoint any nearby magic and identify if it is holy, demonic, or perhaps something else? Dispel: Using his powers to disrupt the energy of a spell, Wolf is able to essentially cancel and destroy even the most advanced spells. Requires at least medium proximity. Disruption: Focusing on a specific target, Wolf can break their focus and blocking their magic essence, canceling any active spells while preventing them from casting anymore. Target can resume casting once Wolf’s concentration has broken. Telepathy: Self-Explanatory. Weapons: Inquisitor Halberd: There are few weapons out there that match the quality of Inquisitor weaponry. Forged from pure adamantium and crafted with a celestial silver edge, these weapons are made to be unbreakable and able to cut down any foe. For added damage, there is a high powered flame unit installed at the back of the blade. It not only unleashes or torrent of fire upon its enemies, but also engulfs the blade giving it’s already devastating swings a lingering burn. Arm cannon: Mounted on Wolf’s off hand is a high powered double barreled machine gun. While it’s low fire rate prevents any real crowd control, it’s damage output makes it than capable to handle stronger units. Equipment: Power armor: Easily the most important part of The Inquisitor’s equipment is their power armor. Designed to look like the Paladins of old, this hulking suits of armor is anything but ancient. The pinnacle of neural technology, The Inquisitor armor links directly to the users mind allowing full movement with thought essentially eliminating any sacrifice to mobility. Much like the rest of the Machina, the armor has a direct link to Eos for power and communication purposes. Top it all off with drastic increases in speed and strength and you have one of the most deadly warriors the Machina has to offer. Other:
