Kyles mind was racing. While he was jokingly flirting with the cute apparently crazy chick, Nikki had grabbed him and made him go along with her to check on something Kyle could only assume was bad. He was right. It was bad. Kyle had gotten used to death, didnt like it but he had accepted it would happen. Kyle heard about the dead guard, and thought that would be the worst of it. He was wrong. When Nikki and Kyle arrived at their destination Kyle did not expect to see a person in a bag.[color=0054a6]"Holy shit Parkour FemJesus.......Who did you piss off,"[/color] Kyle had asked in disbelief.

Nikki looked at him with a wry smile.[color=f49ac2] "No one, my brother did it."[/color] She grabbed the bag and pulled it behind the fences into the safe zone and grabbed the book and went back to the doors. When Matt came through she handed him the book and pointed at the bag.  He came back feeling guilty and angry.  He stormed through the doors and Nikki looked upset.

Kyle looked at Nikki, who was obviously pretty pissed, or sad. Either one was bad. Probably both in this case. Kyle walked over to Nikki and put his hand on her shoulder gently.[color=0054a6]"So..........remmember when you said 'hey join our community-it isnt that bad-blah blah blah- yea next time maybe mention the fact that somebody-,"[/color] Kyle paused for dramatic effect,[color=0054a6]" Has it out for you guys. I mean its the friggin apocalypse maybe now isnt the best time to be murdering patriarchs."[/color] Kyle sighed.[color=0054a6]"But i mean whatever i didnt have anything else to do. Out of pot. Whats our next move?"[/color]

Nikki said [color=f49ac2]"It was Kat's father the child rapist. And we didn't know he was anyone's Patriarch.  This is the only our second incident with another group. I think we have to talk to Matt and see what he thinks."

Matt was in the medical room. [color=00aeef]"Who are we taking Nik?"[/color] [color=f49ac2]"Seriously? I'm still curious why they have so  many of our people and want more all for Kat's fucked up dad? Matt....We might need you to lose your temper again. These guys want your head."[/color] [color=00aeef]"I know, FUCK! everything I did that day was because I was so enraged."[/color] [color=f49ac2]"I know."[/color] [color=00aeef] "Nik, Kat won't forgive me if it happens again."[/color] [color=f49ac2]"Well she isn't going with us."[/color] [color=00aeef]"This is true. Get James."[/color] [color=f49ac2]" You think he is a good choice since I broke his face? "[/color] [color=00aeef]"That's precisely why I want him going. They will tease him about getting his nose broke by a girl and not see the muscles he has under the jacket. They will give him reason to fight all on their own. We need one more."[/color]  Nikki looked at Kyle and smiled. [color=f49ac2]"No we'll take Kyle here too."[/color]

Kyle chuckled.[color=0054a6]"Jeez I think that last bowl i smoked somehow is still affecting me cause for a moment I thought you said i was going with you."[/color] Nikki and Matt both didnt change their facial expression.[color=0054a6]"Jeez Parkor Fem Jesus fine. Guess i should pull my own weight right? awesome. So if im going you should know that im really good, and for like no reason at all, at chemistry. I hit that guy James with a stink bomb earlier i made from nothing. If i can have access to the most basic components i can make whatever we need for this mission. Just.....dont die alright,"[/color] Kyle said looking at Nikki,[color=0054a6]" Seriously, your not allowed. No one is. We all need to make it back alive. I dont like leaving people behind."[/color]

Nikki grinned [color=f49ac2]"Ok we will do our best not to die. "[/color]Matt called James on the walkie and told him to get ready to go. [color=f49ac2]"Nikki took Kyle's hand and went inside. We need to get you some stuff and some gear."[/color] She handed him a semi automatic hand gun. A crowbar and asked. [color=f49ac2]"This is a dumb question considering you showed up here alone. Do you know how to kill a walker? And can you shoot a gun?"[/color]

Kyle grinned.[color=0054a6]"Yea but it was tough. I tried blowing them up by sticking firecrackers up there ass, but they are like....death by exploding ass proof. Then i tried calling them names but they just tried to eat me. That doesnt kill them, just their feelings. Finally i tried 'Death by Head Wound' and walah it worked."[/color] Kyle gave a soft laugh then frowned. [color=0054a6]"But no i dont...usually shoot firearms."[/color] Kyle held the side arm awkwardly. then lifted up the crowbar.[color=0054a6]"This i could work with. Like i said i am good at chemistry. Give me a few minutes and i could probably make something. Guns are....messy."[/color] Kyle flashed a grin at Nikki.[color=0054a6]"Bet you know how to shoot really really well huh PFJ? Im so glad to have a beautiful woman protecting me,"[/color] Kyle said teasingly.

Nikki was trying hard not to laugh. She shook her head with a smile on her face. [color=f49ac2]"You and Matt, For our last big battle he built this big ass potato cannon and threw cherry bombs that he made."[/color] She took back the gun. [color=f49ac2]"Keep the crowbar on you. I'll take the gun so you don't shoot yourself. Just stay behind me. Actually I'm going to look at something and see if it works. Depending on where they are at the courthouse I might be able to sneak in. Since it's obvious that they know where we are they probably know about me....maybe Matt they think you are leader because I wasn't here right after that. I was with Vincent. Maybe they dont know about me. We can use this to our advantage. You get what you need. Matt get your bombs!"[/color]

Nikki laughed and helped Matt load up some bombs in all of their pockets except Nikki's.  She was going to be climbing on the courthouse. She let Kyle wear her trenchcoat. [color=f49ac2]"If you mess up my coat I'll kill you."[/color] She said smirking. [color=f49ac2]"Let them think you guys are alone. I can sneak in through the ventilation or jump them from above." [/color]

Nikki leaned in closer to Kyle. [color=f49ac2]"Having you come with us also gives me a buffer from James. So thank you for that." [/color]James was giving her an unhappy look as it was. 

Kyle smiled slightly.[color=0054a6]"Yea...James is quite the uh Jefferson Starship huh? So are you James..what ex bf and gf? The only reasoned i hit him with a stink bomb was because he cornered me and threatened me to stay away from you.,"[/color] Kyle leaned in slightly closer to Nikki,[color=0054a6]"And ill be honest now all i wanna do is piss him off by being friendly around you. Me, the new guy. Man thats would sting."[/color]Kyle laughed softly, looking Nikki in the eyes, with his clear, green eyes. Kyle tugged at the trenchcoat Nikki let him wear.[color=0054a6]"You know, I knew a guy once that always wore a trenchcoat."

Nikki chuckled. [color=f49ac2]"No one has ever worn that coat but me. Just be careful. It's really heavy because I have a lot in the pockets. Be careful or you will stab yourself."[/color] Nikki didn't know what to think of Kyle but she knew she liked him. 

[color=f49ac2]"Okay I think we need to take my car but I'm not going with you that way. I'm going on foot. You guys showing up in the car will distract them while I am assessing the situation and climbing if I need to. You guys ready?" [/color]Matt said [color=00aeef]"Wait I have to tell Kat what we are doing."[/color] Nikki nodded and Matt took off upstairs. James kept staring at them and she knew he was doing it so she smiled at Kyle and whispered [color=f49ac2]"Just go with it."[/color] She put her hand on the back of his neck and pulled him in for a rather lusty kiss. When she pulled back she realized there was a lot more there than she expected.

Kyle was slightly stunned at the kiss from Nikki. He heard her tell him to go with it and he assumed it was for James benefit. Well Kyle was not one to shy away. Kyle went in again, this time with him having the advantage, he wrapped his arm around her waist, and kissed Nikki more passionately. Kyle kept the kissing going for a few more seconds than pulled away.[color=0054a6]"I think i just found my before and after good luck tradition huh?"[/color] Kyle glanced to where James was and was pleased with the results. Kyle let go of Nikki and entered the vehicle going this inventory of already made weapons he had on him. He had a walker lure stink bomb, two fire bombs that could set almost anything on fire, one noise maker bomb, and three small flash bombs that, when activated, could temporarily blind someone so long as they were looking right at it.

Kyle's kiss kind of unbalanced her for a moment. She knew she was smiling like crazy and she shook her head grinning and she caught a peak at James and wow was he pissed. When Matt came back he looked a little harried. [color=00aeef]"As you can imagine Kat is not happy about this."[/color] [color=f49ac2]"Can you blame her? Come on let's go. They are watching the courthouse in order to know when we get there. I'll have to get in quietly. The courthouse is about a mile and a half from here so I'll see you there."[/color] Nikki ran and jumped over the 6 foot fence and darted into the trees.  Matt waited about 15 minutes and pulled out. [color=00aeef]"Alright guys let's do this."[/color]
