Kuhaku Shiro - Cafeteria
Shiro's ear twitched in Diamond's direction, hearing her comment about him 'snacking'. Stopping mid-chew, he turned his head towards her with his cheeks slightly bulging from the food he had in his mouth. Blinking, he was a little confused at her remark. "Snack? No, I'm not having a snack. I'm having a meal," the dense tiger-boy thought to himself as he stared at her. So set on stuffing his face, Shiro hadn't noticed that there were a few other students in the cafeteria eating too. It was a public place to enjoy food, after all. Looking around him, he noticed that other random students had distanced themselves from him. He probably did look a little frightening, after all. Blinking again, he looked back to Diamond and swallowed. Grabbing a napkin from a dispenser, he wiped at his mouth as he looked her up and down. Diamond was her name, correct? There were a few girls at Beacon whom were named after gemstones and he was sure that was her name. Emerald was the other feline faunus with the wind-based Semblance, he knew her. Sapphire was his own team leader, of course he knew her too. He heard rumor of there being some other girl in Beacon by the name of 'Beryl', so by process of elimination that had to be her name. But by her appearance, there was nothing to her that really said 'Diamond'. Going by the color of her hair, he figured her to be more along the lines of Ruby or...something else. But something in the back of his mind said that name was already taken by some other student. She apparently knew him, but from where? She looked vaguely familiar... "Ah! Don't tell me I landed her food too!" By this point, Shiro was worried he was quickly becoming known around Beacon as the "Dude-who-keeps-landing-in-our-food". Sniffing, he finally spoke. "Wh...what is that supposed to mean?" Shiro asked, inquiring on what exactly Diamond meant by seeing him with some 'face'. "And what is the proper remedy then?" Shiro looked at his glass of milk, growing more and more befuddled by the minute.
