If memory serves me right, the only Clones that served in the Empire were the ones who were produce prior to the rise of the Empire. Any produced in the Kaminoan Rebellion were purged and new Clones were hence forth banned from Imperial military service. The only viable way would be if it was a Clone from the Clone wars in which case they'd still probably be attached to their original Legion if they hadn't died or retired out of old age.
