I was thinking of setting up a thread in the Articles/Guides section for this Roleplay titled 'Dreamscape | Pages of Eden' that would act as a sort of glossary for the roleplay. Obviously there is a character limit per post, so I can't exactly just use the first post for this. Essentially the thread will act as a resource for current and future members of the roleplay to look back on. It will contain relatively detailed articles about places, cultures, important people and events that our characters discover throughout the roleplay. Eden is a large world and a big part of this roleplay is the journey and the discoveries that our characters make along the way (About themselves, The Silence and Eden). As you all probably know, I'm also pretty keen on encouraging all of you to help build this world. For that reason, the thread would also be available for you guys to write your own entries. In fact, I would like the first article I write about the Ansharin culture to be a sort of collab of all our ideas. A lot of you have already made great strides in establishing the culture through your characters and your posts. It would be such a waste if I didn't include your input on what the Ansharin people are; because that's our character's identity and as roleplayers you all deserve to have a say in that. I drew inspiration from the Indigenous people of Australia (particularly the Noongar tribe of the Kimberly region in Western Australia because I was born and raised in Perth), but you guys don't need to follow that when shaping their culture. So please feel free to share your thoughts and ideas. I know a few of you probably already have ideas; so please don't be hesitant! I can't stress enough how much I want Eden to be our world that we build together. In addition to that first article, please feel free to write your own articles about potential places you'd like the group to visit or even people, places, events that have directly impacted your character (Such as Nortooga's previous tribe). Now, you don't have to do any of this. We're all busy people so finding the time to write an article on such things isn't the easiest thing to do. I understand that. But at the very least, I want the option to be there. Let me know what you guys think. If you don't think it's a very good idea then please let me know; I don't want to do anything that you guys don't agree with.
