Ian nodded at each girl in turn as they introduced themselves and sat down before he himself took a seat, his tail curling around into his lap to avoid being squished in the seat. Once comfortable he started to answer Mariegolde. "hmh, I saw more of the land in Velt than it's cities, but even so I found it wonderful. There's something freeing about wandering the mountain ranges in the north, perhaps it's the wind" he shrugged "though I never got to see the cathedrals, or anywhere fancy really. This is even my first time inside a castle like this...heh, but you wanted to hear tales of adventure, yes? hmm, what to tell..." Ian's life has certainly had it's glorious moments but there were honestly not too many things to tell about and he didn't have the intention of over-embellishing a mundane story. He did take a good lookover of the three girls while he tried to recall a tale for them, the two blonde ones were a little amusing with their excitement but the dark haired one seemed like she wouldn't even be there if she wasn't friends with at least one of the other two. Before he was able to speak again the announcement of the princess' arrival sounded catching his attention for moment to hear her speak before looking back to the girls infront of him. He was getting a feeling that even if only a few Rose knights were brought up to speak to the princess he was going to be one of them...
