I prefer the Ultra High tier of play as I find it makes for more interesting battles. The description is apt but could do with some rewording as I basically pulled the direct definition for Black Lightning off of the Super Power Wiki. From the sounds of things you guys here generally prefer what is known as RM and UM or Realistic Melee and Unrealistic Melee when it comes to rulesets and powers. I, however, prefer to operate in the PC or Powered Character range which is where you'll mainly find things like gods and other super powerful entities. I've worked on developing this character for about a year and a half and the abilities that he has are the ones that I've more or less selected based on his character arc to best match my preferred playstyle. As for the weapon effect that you mentioned earlier, while lesser beings like humans and vampires and the like would not be able to fight past it. High-end characters similar to mine would have no problem either negating it or simply ignoring it due to their inherent magical ability. I believe that I even specifically mentioned that it only affects lesser beings. On top of that, the weapon itself is the weapon of a Horseman and is prone to some very world-shattering abilities as is box standard for weapons of that Archetype. While my characters abilities are certainly quite powerful he is by no means invincible. If he was to be stabbed in the heart, for example, he would still die as anyone else would. However due to his nature and the armor he wears that is understandably more difficult for someone who cannot match him in power.
