Conspiracy spreads it's resources throughout the nation while Phoenix will have a single base of operations where we will disseminate tasks for the best suitable combat team. Omega was then summoned back to base with Multiple.

"Kudos boss. We might actually get a contract." Multiple said with a smile. Omega nodded in agreement.

"Summoner, send me to the San Francisco Conspiracy HQ. Alone." Omega ordered. He appeared in front of the HQ. The guards outside raised their weapons at the man clad in black and red. "Here we go." Omega said as he walked forward with his hands up.
