Powers and abilities: Photonic Elemental : presently she can fly (can fly so fast she seems to teleport but only in light form.) become intangible (limited to being only able to pass through clear objects light can pass through.) and shift Photonic Frequency (this makes her seem to become invisible when in fact she can still be seen in the spectrum she has become (infrared or ultraviolet)

Personality: Tsura is her mother's child meaning she can be dangerous when angered, obsessive when interested and passionate in her focus.

Bio: Tsura's mom tricked her dad into her conception which meant that at first he wanted nothing to do with her but proof of mutant genetics encouraged his speedy acceptance.

Raised by a perfectionist dad and a free spirited mom was demanding as they both also used her as leverage on the other.

From her dad Tsura learned to love science, math and biology, from her mom she learned to speak over eight languages along with martial arts.

They may have continued to homeschool Tsura had she not used the logic of her needing to understand her peers and form connections and won the right to try. (She needs to show her parents that she can maintain her scholastic levels, body condition and power advancement as well as make connections with other mutant children or return to private training.)

Appearance: Tsura is a tall slender blonde with a trim figure just beginning to hint at the beauty she will become. Her eyes are blue with a hint of violet and a bright smile always on her face.
