1. No stats is better like a Rp adventure with a couple of people following one story.
2. yes yes and yes. Weak characters are the best you can make them even cooler than strong ones because you know their journey.
3. Id like A race called amo. They live in the flatlands between mountains and aren't particularly strong. They have grey hair and grey eyes. And as for the stats refer to the elves. But they are smaller and even faster(not always an advantage, legs get hurt).
4. Are we gonna begin there and say where we have come from or write a little journey sequence? lotr style?
